Belgium Gardens Bingo families for December 17th: No one has signed up!!!
This Meeting:
-We need an adult to pick up the fruit and nuts (about 20 cases) at the fairgrounds and deliver them to Sandy’s garage on Saturday, December 10th in the morning for club member pick up. Can anyone help? Please email the club if you can do it! THANKS!
-Belgium Gardens has asked for us to decorate before the 17th as originally planned since they are having a Christmas party on the 14th. Maybe the 10th?
- We will NOT be in the Belgium Christmas Parade this year due to lack of interest! HOWEVER, volunteers are needed to work in the park food stand the same evening. Please call Sandy for the contact number if interested.
-Pick up your T-shirt! Adults who ordered t-shirts should bring their $10 payment.
-The next meeting is Monday, January 2nd. Does it need to be changed?
-Pledge sheets for the Bowlathon will be available at the January meeting.
-Please bring all yearbook pages to the January meeting so we can work on them together! We will talk about how to make a better yearbook. Why? This will help with awards and even scholarships!
